Salvation Army Provides Aid To Flood Affected Palamas

In the aftermath of the recent devastating floods in the Thessaly Region of Greece, The Salvation Army in Greece has organized humanitarian aid to be brought into the village of Palamas, Karditsa. On the ground distribution to affected residents is happening in cooperation with the local Orthodox Church ‘Ieros Naos Agiou Athanasiou, Roum-Palama.’ Bags, mattresses, duvets, pillows, pillowcases and pyjamas are being provided. The aid is funded by our international donors.
